Whilst it might sound paradoxical, I am actually quite fortunate to have turned my passion into a career. With decades of experience across a diverse range of businesses, primarily in the localisation (L10N) industry, I have navigated a variety of roles and challenges, emerging from each with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I am confident that my experience is invaluable to companies seeking to align their processes and technologies with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

I thrive on the dynamic nature of my profession, constantly learning from different organisations and their unique management styles. In turn, I have the privilege of sharing my accumulated knowledge and experience with others. This reciprocal exchange invariably fosters improvement on both sides, a fundamental principle of ISO management systems.

I also do have some free time on my hands. While it's not quite enough to perform on stage, I've been playing and honing my guitar skills for over two decades now.
