NO SMALL PRINT PRICING MODEL
I believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing. You'll only pay for the services you order, with no hidden costs.
I offer three standard types of services: Assessment, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 paths.
Each service has a specific number of hours allocated to it. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise during our collaboration that could affect the number of hours required to complete the service successfully.
Therefore, the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 service plans are flexible and billed monthly after completing planned and/or additional work.
Your total monthly payments will never exceed the maximum price set for the service, unless you order additional consultation hours, which will be billed separately.

Customer covers travel and accommodation expenses for the on-site visits separately.
Customer may book accommodation in their own capacity or accept cost of accommodation proposed by me (I will not make any bookings without customer's written confirmation).
EXAMPLE 1
Customer ordered ISO 9001 path. After two months of cooperation it turned out that customer is not able to meet agreed on the planning stage monthly targets. We have agreed that to achieve set out goals, we will need a regular weekly video calls to analyse progress and plan in more details for the upcoming week. This should carry on for a minimum of two months or until both customer and I regained confidence that return to monthly progress assessment calls will not have a negative impact on the project. In this case, customer places additional order for 3 consultation hours every month we have weekly assessment calls.
EXAMPLE 2
Customer ordered ISO 27001 path. During assessment I have learnt that customer has a very strong IT department with very knowledgeable and very well organised staff. It became apparent, that customer does not need the full ISO 27001 path and we agreed that after setting out actions plan and confirming IT budget, we will need only one assessment call in the middle of the project and one day a week before certification audit to make sure all elements are in place and ready. In this case, price for the ISO 27001 path has been reduced by 20 hours.
