I have nearly two decades of experience in preparation, deployment and maintenance of ISO 9001 certifications.
Coming from the localization industry background, I carry a wealth of experience from working across different industries.
My outlook however is not only from the audited perspective. Being a certified lead auditor, I apply knowledge and auditor's perception to your circumstances.Â

I am well aware that preparations for an audit can be stressful. Maybe even more than an audit itself. Therefore my work methodology has been developed to build confidence in your skills and knowledge.
ISO 9001 is a framework designed to help businesses to operate efficiently, consciously and purposely. But it is you who knows the best your business, your customers, your unique environment.
My role is to merge your current processes with ISO 9001 standard's framework to improve your business.

Understand your business through employee engagement
Familiarise with your documentation
Assess your current situation and plan for adjustments
Develop an action plan to prepare your business for certification
Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress and adapt the action plan as needed
Two weeks prior to the certification audit, conduct a final evaluation of your readiness for certification and, if necessary, intensify support in areas that still require improvement.
